Oakfield Community is a Company Limited by Guarantee who provides Specialist Supported Housing, care and support to adults with physical and learning disabilities, and autism.
Our accommodation is based over two sites, one in Easton Maudit, and one in Yardley Hastings - Northamptonshire.
Oakfield are UNIQUE, we provide independent living flats for privacy and independence at both locations but also have large communal areas for socialising and group activities. We offer the best of both worlds, private accommodation with support and friendship available 24 hours a day.
What's the latest News?
The people we support have had a fun November, completing in-house activities such as crafts and our Seed-to-Plate project, as well as developing life skills and enjoying bowling, crazy golf, shopping, outdoor walks, and attending day centres.
Yesterday, our Community Lead, Anita, had the pleasure of speaking with a group of people at Oddfellows, about Oakfield Community and the work we do. It was a wonderful opportunity to share our story, and we’re excited about the potential to collaborate in the future. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen—and for your generous donation.
