Oakfield Community is a Company Limited by Guarantee who provides residential care and supported living accommodation to adults with physical and learning disabilities, and autism.

Our Yardley Hastings property in Northamptonshire has individual flats within it, providing a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, and en-suite. Each flat is customized to the needs of each person.

Our Easton Maudit property in Northamptonshire provides both Residential Care and Supported Living.

  Supported living accommodation provides individual flats, proving a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, bedroom and en-suite. 

Residential Care, is for those with a high dependency on others for their personal and medical care needs.  Our residential accommodation provides individual Bedrooms with en-suite, a shared lounge, dining room which houses the kitchen for all meals prepared by our onsite cook. 

Care and support are provided by our highly trained care and support team. 

Oakfield are UNIQUE, we provide independent living flats for privacy and independence at both locations but also have large communal areas for socialising and group activities. We offer the best of both worlds, private accommodation with support and friendship available 24 hours a day.

All our Residential and Supported Living services are reviewed and monitored by CQC and we have been rated “Good”.
