There are three self-contained flats on the ground floor, one of which is wheelchair accessible.

Nine further self-contained flats on the second and third floors

Each flat is equipped with full ensuite bathroom facilities, a fridge-freezer, induction hob, kitchen sink and storage. Additional equipment will be provided based on individual needs.

The premises benefit from well-established and secure gardens which surround the building and fully accessible grounds which include an allotment area, a peace/sensory garden, raised flower beds, a fire pit and a poly tunnel.   

If required, the tenant is able to purchase an evening meal. Tenants can choose whether to eat in their flats or in the bistro dining room.

Menus are designed to be well balanced, healthy, and highly nutritional. Cultural and special dietary needs are catered for. For those individuals who need assistance at mealtimes, staff will be on hand to provide this support in a discrete and sensitive manner.
